Hi everyone,

My name is Ashley, and I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Royce and Kristi Coon, and their amazing daughter, Taylor Coon.

Taylor is an energetic, vibrant 8th grader at Flour Bluff JH. If you know Taylor, you know she is happiest when she is out on the softball field. Recently, however, this active teenager's world was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor.

This coming Thursday, Taylor will undergo a major surgery to remove the tumor so her medical team can test it and determine the exact next steps for her treatment.

As you can imagine, this is an incredibly overwhelming and terrifying time for the Coon family. Right now, their only focus should be on Taylor, her surgery, and her recovery. Unfortunately, a sudden medical crisis also brings a massive financial burden. We are asking for your support to help offset the mounting medical costs of Taylor's surgery and treatment, and to allow her parents to take the necessary time off work so they can be right by her side without the crushing stress of lost income.

We want to do everything we can to support Taylor so she can heal and get back out on the softball field where she belongs.
