Taylor Shane Wyss

It is difficult to find the words for this, if you were lucky enough to have known Taylor, then you know how absolutely devastating this tragedy is. We have had an outpouring of love and support from our community and requests to help or contribute in some way, so we have decided to create this gofundme page.

Taylor was born and raised in Bend Oregon and touched so many lives in his short 33 years. He and his beautiful Husky Ada are something of local legend, going everywhere together and spreading light and love. He was and always will be a beloved Son, Brother, Father, Partner and Friend with the purest heart and soul. His bubbly, goofy, caring and authentic personality was infectious and brought tremendous joy to everyone blessed enough to have been a part of his life. I know that we can all say that we are better for knowing Taylor and that the world is worse off for losing him.

Taylor was taken from his loved ones suddenly and tragically in an act of senseless violence. Taylor will always be remembered for his amazing qualities and for his heroic decision to protect those around him. Taylor's attempt to help defuse a heated situation happening nearby ended in tragedy and heartbreak. He will forever live on in the fond memories that we all carry.
