My name is Mark McGrath, and I am fundraising for my 26 year old brother, Taylor, who was recently diagnosed with stage 3B Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

Taylor is probably one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! He lives with our 63 year old mother due to other medical conditions he has, but together they make a wonderful team. He enjoys being outdoors where he hikes and takes in all that nature has to offer. He is one of the hardest working people I know and has never asked for anything in his entire life. If you've ever met him, then you know exactly what I mean when I say he has the biggest and warmest heart. If you haven't met him, I really hope you're able to one day.

Unfortunately, the cancer has left him weak and unable to work for the past several months, limiting his ability to contribute to the household bills. My mother has had to cut back her hours at work due to the number of appointments Taylor has (she said she would do all of it for any of us again and again, and I know it's because of her incredible heart!). Luckily, there are some incredible organizations and grants that have helped with some of the bills. He also has medi-cal insurance, so pretty much all of the medical bills are covered, which is a miracle in itself. However, the doctors have said he will be undergoing treatment for roughly 6 months and will need the support and care of my mother to ensure he makes it to all the appointments and treatments.

Any funds raised will go directly to Taylor to pay rent, buy groceries, and pay for other monthly bills while he is unable to work and my mother is working reduced hours. If you are able to support my brother during this time with any amount of donation, you would be making a far greater impact than you might ever imagine.
