My name is Benji Pow, the owner of Taylor Monroe.  Through my journey through the beauty industry on my 11th year I was given an opportunity of a lifetime; to carry out the  T/M legacy. Occupying the space of what was once Bay Area's most iconic hairsalons, Oxen Rose,  T/M is one of the few salons that remain in business battling the ramifications of Covid-19. 

The pandemic, amongst the many events that occurred throughout 2020 has taught us many lessons as well as highlight noble traits we each possess to bring us closer. Realizing we are all in this together, we are most resilient when we have each other-family, friends and colleagues by our side. 

Working alongside me are 13 amazingly talented hairdressers and colorist, passionate about their career, some with embedded roots as Bay Area natives. Your contribution to the resilience fund will be distributed amongst the commission stylist- Roberto, Alicia, Megan, Johnathan- and renters- Gigi, Scott, Michael, Katrina, Charles, Bianca, Joey, and Alisha..
