As you may know, on May 14th Karen (Kerr) & Derek Jeffs' 11 year old daughter Taylor was airlifted to Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. Since being admitted to Sick Kids she has been diagnosed with Leukemia. She has received 6 blood transfusions, a spinal tap, bone marrow testing and completed her first chemo treatment.  The staff at Sick Kids have been amazing!

This will be a long two year journey for Taylor and the family, however everyone is very hopeful for a positive outcome.  

In typical small town style, we have received numerous requests from people wanting to help out.  Since there will likely be many trips to Sick Kids with lots of over night stays required and other expenses, if anyone would like to help the family it would be greatly appreciated.
