Tayahs independence

Donation protected
This morning myTay grand daughter was in a bad car accident after hitting a pothole on the NB highway 640 causing her to lose control of her vehicle and rolling several times before ultimately wrapping around a pole. Most importantly, she somehow by the grace of god, walked away unharmed. Thankfully.

Which is more than we can say for her car that is now totalled. This was her very first car that she purchased less than a year ago with her own saved money from working as a waitress at a local diner. This car was not new, it was not shiny but it was hers and she used this vehicle every single day to get to and from work, school and her co-op program with a local law firm in preparation for her entry into St. Thomas University in the fall where she is enrolled and plans to major in criminology.

Tayah has always worked hard for what she wants and this unexpected set back at such a crucial time in her life has left her out of options. Tayah does not live within the city limits, city bus transportation is not an option and without transportation she will not be able to attend and finish her co-op program or get to work to even begin trying to save money for another car.

We ask you please help us to help Tayah get back what she lost, not only her car but her independence. Every little bit helps! Thank you
