Tawny Crawford's brain tumor recovery

I'm Steve and a friend of Tawny for several years. I am her children's godfather and a fellow church parishioner.

Tawny is something special to many of us in different ways....a friend but also teacher, wife, mother, sister, daughter, advocate.

Since being diagnosed with acoustic neuroma, Tawny has maintained her trademark good humor despite the worry she faces.

The tumor is named Earl, and Tawny is about to say bye to most of him.

As her friends we hope to alleviate some of the financial worry that comes from deductible and out of pocket medical expenses, as well as other expenses related to recovery.

She will have at least several weeks being out of commission, which will no doubt affect Gerald's work schedule. We do this as an act of love that wishes her a great recovery and ultimate relief of the many symptoms she has endured over the years.

Let's support Tawny, Gerald, Lyric, Lyla, and Tres as we kick Earl to the curb.
