Tawana's Final Wishes

My mother was a single mother of two girls. She lived her life for us. She endured many struggles as a single mother, yet she stayed strong throughout it all.  She worked hard for everything she had and appreciated it all. Her grandchildren (4 granddaughters) meant the world to her. She was the type of person that would help anyone if she could. My mother gave everyone a chance no matter who they are, The last few months of her life were the hardest. She battled a very rare uterine cancer. She refused to give up or accept the illness.  It was very agressive and did not give us much time with her. Even in her most vulnerable moments, her biggest fears and worries were for her daughters and granddaughters. I hope that I can be at least half the mother and woman that my mom was.  I hope to raise awareness through this as well. It would mean the world to me if you can help in any way to respect my mother's final wishes. God bless you all.
