True art changes culture.

I believe this. The greatest artists, musicians, dancers, sculptors, novelists, and songwriters have had a deeper impact on the movement of human history than even the most powerful political leaders.

Bob Dylan once said "The world don’t need any more songs… As a matter of fact, if nobody wrote any songs from this day on, the world ain’t gonna suffer for it... Unless someone’s gonna come along with a pure heart and has something to say. That’s a different story."

And this is why I choose to make music.

In 2019 I moved to LA and worked with a producer named Phil Simmonds to create an EP that was truer, more risky, and more beautiful than anything I had ever created. It was the first time in my music career that I really felt like I was saying something important - and a body of work that I will forever be proud of.  The EP is called "A Walk In The Madness" , and it set me forward on a journey of artistry that I could never have imagined. I had dreams of working with Phil to make countless more albums that would change the course of history... but, unfortunately, history had other plans. 

Phil's visa expired and in December he was forced to move back to London indefinitely. My plans were halted and I had to regroup as reality set in. How was I going to fund a trip to London and a new album on my multiple-part-time-jobs-budget?? 

I decided to move forward, because I know without a shadow of a doubt that this is what I was created to do. I will be flying to London on March 9th for 12 days, which is a TERRIFYING thing to say without knowing where the money is coming from... but this is where you come in!

I am running this Go Fund Me so that my closest friends and supporters have the opportunity to partner with me and make this new record happen. I'll be honest, it's hard to ask for money when I've been used to funding things myself the last few years, but I know that there are many people who believe in me and are being impacted by the music I write, so here I am, asking!
