My cousin as most know more like a brother to me, and my Aunt Diana only

Child she birthed, Taufiqul has been feeling ill sometime. Last week he began feeling like he couldn't breath and coughing up blood so he brought himself to Farmington hospital. After having a EKG performed it was discovered that he had Acute heart failure. Needing immediate care he was air lifted to Hartford hospital. from there his health declined and he needed a new heart in which he was placed on a machine to help him breathe and keep him alive. He was placed on the transplant list and within 12 hours he was informed that he was getting a new heart. He had the surgery yesterday in the evening and around 2am got the call that the transplant went well. He is still in ICU and we just pray that he continues to do well and have a speedy recovery. Ironically, he is employed working on this very same floor in the ICU for cardio helping people and he is now the one needing care. He is known for being a hard worker and overall just a great loving person who goes above and beyond for people. We are just grateful he is still here with us. Taufiqul will take some time recovering and can't return back to work for at least a year. Because of condition he will need help maintaining his bills for rent, utilities, and his car which he just got. We would greatly appreciate any help.
