Kelsey is turning 30 YEARS OLD. Ever since getting a tattoo in Vietnam, she has been reallllllly wanting another one, and I think it would make her so so happy as a celebratory gift. I'm going to cover most of the tattoo costs, but if y'all were able to pitch in a little bit, that would be incredible and would give her the flexibility to get whatever tattoo she wants.
