URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR MY SWEET CAT, TATER TOT

Hi, my name is Kiana, and I’m reaching out in a moment of real need.

My 5-year-old cat, Tater, is facing a serious medical emergency. The vet believes he has a urethral stricture, and his kidney enzymes are dangerously elevated. This is causing him severe pain and preventing him from urinating — a condition that could become life-threatening if not treated immediately.

Tater needs to be hospitalized and undergo surgery as soon as possible. The estimated cost is between $2,000 and $4,000, just for the hospital stay and procedure.

I’ve already paid $600 out of pocket for today’s vet visit, and while I do have pet insurance, it sadly doesn’t cover the treatment he needs. Tater is young, full of personality, and has so much love and life left to give. It breaks my heart to see him suffering.

He will be returning to the vet tomorrow to be monitored and kept as comfortable as possible while I work to gather the funds for his surgery.
