Tatenda's Green Card Application

First of all, thank you to everyone who contributed to my O-1 Visa! Here's hoping you can help me again, and if you are new here - thanks for taking a look at this fundraiser! 
 
I am going for my Green Card as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability. Getting the Green Card will enable me to work without limitations in the US, and make pursuing my career in entertainment less difficult. You will be helping my dream become reality. On my current O-1 Alien of Extraordinary Ability visa, I am restricted to work in three fields in entertainment. Surviving in LA is not easy, so having the flexibility to have other job options and make a living would help me continue my entertainment career journey.  

The process is quite expensive, so anything you can spare is greatly appreciated - below is a breakdown of the fees. I am aiming to file in February/March, but would like to pay my lawyer by end of January at the latest. My current visa expires in October so I would like to file well before that time. 

Lawyer's Legal Services Start Fee:
$3000.00

Filing I-140 USCIS Filing Fees:
$3200.00 (premium processing)**  
(I am going for premium processing as this allows me to get a decision within two weeks. The other option takes 8 months, and would be cutting it close to when my current visa expires.)

Prior to Filing I-485 USCIS Filing Fees: $1225.00**

Medical Exam Fee:
$400 (TBD)

Upon Approval of Adjustment of Status: Legal Services Fee:
$3000.00

TOTAL: $10825.00
