This is a tribute and memorial fund set up in honor of Tate Thurman 4 years old East Peoria. Donations and funds will be used for a memorial to Tate from his mothers family and friends. Any excess will be divided amongst his 2 older brothers and put in to accounts they can access at a later age. Accounts will be managed by their maternal grandparents.
