Hello Family & Friends

Life has been extremely difficult for me over the last 3 years with losing my mom and oldest daughter. My daughter Erica Mc adoo worked as a Los Angles Detention officer and just got promoted to supervisor at the Twin Towers in downtown Los Angles where she contracted Covid 19 and fought for her life in ICU on a ventilator and ECMO for 3 months. she was only 38 years old with so much love and compassion for everyone she met, my daughter was my best friend and I'll be forever broken until we meet again.

Erica and I had dreamed of one day owning a family restaurant until that dream was shattered when I lost her. The pain was unbearable and to escape the pain of losing both her and my mom, I decided to quit my job leave California and move to Texas. I wanted to fulfill our dream and my passion for cooking so I bought a food trailer not knowing that this would deplete all my savings and more while waiting on this trailer to be built however I trusted God to help me get through this but my stubbornness and pride wouldn't allow me to ask for help from anyone. I've always believed in helping others not asking for others' help. I am here fighting to keep our dream alive and I can't begin to tell you how hard this is to admit and ask of others. I know this might not mean much to some but this means the world to me that I carry out what I and my daughters started together. In my humble way of asking, I need your help with start-up funds to get this food trailer on the road serving the delicious food we have to offer. With your help will be able to pay our rental fees for a commissary, supplies, food license, gasoline for the truck, propane and monthly expenses to get by for a few months until we can see the fruits of our labor.
