Tassie Spirit Pipe Band

Tassie Spirit Pipe Band has been set up with a commitment to provide the opportunity for Tasmanian pipers and drummers to stretch themselves musically.

The band seeks to provide an opportunity for players to compete on the mainland or internationally.

The musical leadership, along with the band's committee, have a shared vision and passion for development and progression through the area of competitive piping and drumming.

Tassie Spirit wishes to give an opportunity for players to come together to represent Tasmania while strengthening the local pipe band scene and giving back to their home bands.

We need support to fund the initial setup of the band, including the purchase of much-needed musical equipment and uniforms for all players.
