Help Taryn and Nika with baby Gunnars medical care

Hi, my name is Sasha, and I'm starting a fundraiser to help my brother Nikita and his partner Taryn with medical expenses after the recent birth of their son Gunnar.

Taryn was diagnosed with preeclampsia on 1/9/24 and transferred to a medical center 1 1/2 hours away where an emergency c section was performed. Baby Gunnar was born on January 10, at 28 weeks old and 2.5 pounds. Since then he had been growing and doing well in the NICU in Modesto. Taryn and Nikita drove to Modesto every other day to visit Baby Gunnar. Baby Gunnar recently had to be transferred 3 hours away to Stanford Childrens hospital as it was suspected that his intestine had twisted and he needed more specialized care. Laparoscopic surgery was performed where it was determined that his intestine had righted itself. Gunnar remains at Stanford for observation.

The funds raised will be used to assist with the ever mounting medical expenses which will probably exceed $50,000.00
