Tarsus experienced a traumatic brain injury (TBI) that left him in a debilitating state. He had a portion of his skull removed to relieve swelling on his brain. His chance of survival appeared slim. He was sent home on hospice for comfort measures. After having a few months of comfort care and God's grace and mercy Tarsus health began to improve. He was able to have his flap (skull) restored and he has received the green light from the neurologist for rehabilitation. Prior to this event, Tarsus was always devoted to keeping his body and mind heathy by working out and eating right. He is a father to one son but has a heart for youth and loves to coach them all in sports. He is active in his church and grounded in his faith in God. Tarsus has required numerous surgeries and around the clock care, but Tarsus is on his road to recovery with physical, speech, and occupational therapy. During his recovery Tarsus has accumulated medical bills and is asking his family, friends, and the community for assistance. Tarsus is now in need of intensive inpatient rehabilitation that his insurance will not cover due to out of state coverage. It is our prayer that God has put it on your heart and allow you to assist him in anyway you can. We ask that you continue to keep Tarsus in your prayers as we trust the healing process that God has for him.
