Hi, my name is Tarquin and I'm a queer transmasc he/himbo from London that has been waiting on the NHS gender-affirming care list for nearly 5 years with no sign of being anywhere near a consultation. Which is not a surprise in the current state of the world. I've not even been able to get a look in, hence this go fund me page.

I love everyone who has supported me thus far and am eternally grateful for the kindness and gender affirming love from my friends in place of any support from the NHS... But I'm getting to a point of absolute frustration as gender clinics close and I start to feel further and further away from myself.

I'd love some help with getting rid of these bad boys on my chest so that I can finally show off my dad-bod in the 5 minutes of UK sun we get a year and fight off the gender dysphoria waving my bapless flag high.

On a more informative note, I'm looking to raise money for top surgery as I'm currently working in education on a pretty low income and due to long-term mental health issues, I've not always been able to work full-time up until the last few years. Between looking for a place to live with my wonderfully supportive partner and cute cat, and surviving in the midsts of the current cost of living, it's been pretty difficult to raise the funds I need to cover not only the surgery but the aftercare, additional costs and consultations and so I'm looking for any donations that would help me get one step closer to being able to feel at peace in my own body.

Balancing mental health and gender dysphoria is such a bummer. I just want to feel like myself, look handsome in floral swim trunks and stop being called 'love' in the supermarket.
