Right now, I am preparing to travel to MD Anderson in Houston for a second opinion. This brings significant expenses for an 8-day hotel stay, food, and transportation. My husband will need to take some unpaid time off work to be with me, and we are also facing a new insurance deductible for the year. Throughout this journey, I am leaning on my faith in God more than ever. I believe that the Lord is with me every step of the way, guiding my decisions and giving me strength to face each day.
