My name is Tara and I'm in a very difficult position. My ten-year-old son and I need your help to move from the motel we currently live in. I suffer from severe rheumatoid arthritis and my son has ADHD. The funds we receive will help us cover the gap in healthcare benefits that our insurance companies no longer provide. The funds will also help with finding a place suitable for both of us to relocate to. I've tried contacting the local city officials to find out what housing programs are currently available and what I may be eligible for due to the fact that I am disabled, however they haven't been responding. Our current living situation where my son and I are living in one room and sleeping in the same bed. My finances are limited to my disability check only, which barely covers the rent.
