I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to share the story of Tapiwa Manyani , who has been diagnosed with intra-abdominal leiomyosarcoma with lung metastases. This rare and aggressive cancer has turned our family's world upside down.

She is a beloved mother and a widow, who has always been there for others. She was a self employed and hard working lady but all has stopped due to sickness. Now, she needs our support. The treatment plan involves Treatment in India costing around £19 000 She will be staying in India for about 5 months. Treatment involves, Diagnosis- Stage 1 - chemotherapy to shrink the tumour-6 cycles

Stage 2- Diagnosis of lung mets and maybe radiation therapy if needed.

Stage 3- excision of tumour from abdominal cavity

Post surgery follow up and, which will be costly. We are hoping to raise £19 000 to help cover medical expenses, travel costs, and other related needs during this challenging time.
