Dear Friends,

You have a chance to be part of a life-changing team through The Journey, in partnership with Convoy of Hope. I have the opportunity to serve on a mission trip to Tanzania, in East Africa, this July. There I will serve alongside a team of local leaders to help school children with nutrition, single mothers through empowerment programs, and other various initiatives, such as building kitchens, latrines, chicken coops, greenhouses, and other projects. This partnership will make huge contributions to sustainability strategies for the communities with whom I will work.

I feel that God has placed this mission on my heart and I feel very blessed and humbled to have the opportunity to be a part of this team and the work we will be doing. This will be my first mission trip and I am very excited to see what God has in store and how I can help more people to experience His love.

Although you will not be traveling with me and my team to Africa, there are still ways you can support this mission.

First, you can pray for our safety, the people in Tanzania that will be impacted, and for the reception of God’s word and love.
