As most all of you know my mom had a double lung transplant one month shy of 4 years ago. Sadly she recently contracted RSV which turned into pneumonia and now has caused her body to create antibodies against her donors lungs. This means she is now in lung rejection. Thank God the rejection can be reversed through a long process. Through this process my stepdad has taken the time off of work to be there with her to keep her strong and support her. He is staying in a close by hotel to stay close to her which is going to become costly. I am so thankful for his love and dedication to my mom and wanted to try and find a way to help relieve some of this financial burden. I know if he knows of this he will refuse any kind of help so I am going to keep this from him and just hand him an envelope of whatever donations we receive. Thank you to everyone who has prayed and supported all of our family through this very emotional time.
