This year, I will be experiencing my first Mother’s Day without my mum, and it’s been incredibly difficult to navigate this journey of loss. My mum was a loving, kind, and strong woman, and I am deeply grateful for all the memories and love she gave me throughout her life.

To honour her, and the day she passed the 18th of May 2024. I’ll be running a half marathon in Ibiza on the 12th of April, a challenge I’ve taken on to celebrate her life and spirit. However, as part of my journey through this, I am hoping to raise funds to afford a headstone for her, something that will forever mark the place where she rests and remind us all of the incredible woman she was.

I’m reaching out to family, friends, and anyone who feels moved by my mum’s memory to help make this a reality. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go towards covering the cost of her headstone and supporting my marathon in her honour.
