I’m Sandra, Tanner’s owner’s aunt. Her name is Tonya. Tanner was playing in the yard and ran into the street. He was hit by a car. The driver didn’t stop. Tonya got him to the vet, who kept him overnight, stabilized him, put staples in his ankle and tried to fix his hip. However, the doctor couldn’t fix the hip. Tanner needs to see an orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible.
