Hi, my name is Tanner and I’m reaching out during the most critical time in my life. I am currently battling end-stage liver disease and kidney failure, which means I am not only in urgent need of a liver transplant but also undergoing regular dialysis treatments to stay alive.

The combination of these two serious conditions has completely changed my life. I’ve spent countless hours in hospitals, doctors’ offices, and dialysis centers, and I’ve had to stop working due to the severity of my health and the time required for treatments.

This journey is physically, emotionally, and financially draining — but I’m not giving up. I’m asking for a little help to lift some of this burden so I can focus on healing and getting back to life.
