Dear friends and family, as most of you know by now from  my post on social media and phone conversations our granson Tanner is critically ill at only 16 days old. My son Perry and my daughter in-law Billie Jo have not left his side for one minute since the day he was born. Well  today unfortunately they had to leave his side while the amazing Doctors and Nurses worked to revive Tanner. Now Tanner has been placed in the Picu which is the icu for tiny babies he is on a ventilator that is breathing for him he is only 16 days old and they will be unable to stay in the room with him at night.  I am asking for help on their behalf. They live an hour away from the hospital and refuse to be that far away from him.  They will stay in their car if needed just so they can be near him.  I'm asking for prayers and any monetary donations to assist them with food and lodging. Tanner will need to be in the Picu a minimum of 3/4 weeks and unknown amount of time in the pediatric side for recovery and learning to feed again .  Tanner did suffer some brain damage because of oxygen deprivation when he coded and needed to be put on the vent we will not know until he is a little older about how bad his brain damage is all we can do is pray.
