Hello!

We are an average working family who added a puppy to our family 2 months ago. We recently found out Tank needs cataract surgery or he will be completely blind within a year. We bought pet insurance, but due to him being born with genetic cataracts, it's considered preexisting and will not be covered. His surgery is expected to cost around $6000. If at the time of surgery he is a candidate for lens replacement, the cost will be closer to $7000. At this time, his eyes are so small they are not sure the lenses will fit his little eyes.

His surgery is scheduled for April 24th. We are just putting this out there for those who want to help in any way.
