Supporting Tanisha & Domonique

On Wednesday, August 9, 2017, our beloved daughter, sister, cousin and friend, Tanisha, along with her brother Domonique and a close family friend were victims to gun violence. They were randomly attacked by a man as they commemorated their loving father, whose life was taken due to gun violence just one year ago.
Tanisha and Domonique survived the shooting , were in critical condition, and are now stable. Their family friend lost his life trying to protect theirs. Tanisha and Domonique remain in the hospital surrounded by loved ones who are praying for and supporting them during this difficult time.
Tanisha underwent surgery today to repair some of the damage caused by the shooting. Domonique is preparing for the same.
Medical bills are adding up, and we have learned that some of the necessary surgeries will not be covered by insurance. In addition to these costs, Tanisha has school expenses, and Domonique and his family are preparing for the arrival of their baby very soon.
Our family seeks your prayers and any financial contributions that you can offer during this difficult time. We will use all funds raised to cover medical expenses, offer support to the family of the friend who passed away, and to assist Tanisha and Domonique with whatever they need when they return home.
