Hi, I'm Tanisha and I'm the chef owner of Quichey Creations.  I have spent the last year working dilligently to build a brand, build a customer base and to bring consistent products to my patrons.  While all of this has been going well, personally this year has been a financial struggle. Most of the money that the business makes cycles back into the business and I've been left with a very thin/if non existent coushin.  I have been holding fundraisers, making more treats for purchase, teaching virtual cooking classes and stepping up my level of production...but still I find myself falling short on what I tangibly need to put a downpayment on reliable transportation.

A little less than a month ago, my car decided that it no longer wanted to function, so I was left without a means to deliver products, purchase necessary supplies(without the exhorbiantant fees of getting items delivered) and transport myself to and from the market without assistance.  This has hindered my ability to produce the volume of items that I'm typically able to, nor be able to offer delivery services during this time.  Not being mobile has been affecting not only my financial well-being, the feeling of being totally dependent on others to get around has been mentally and emotionally depleting.  I know it's not a lot in the larger picture, but with the business being my only means of income this unexpected expense has been throwing me for a loop.
