Tania's Final Journey: Let's Stand Together

Tania was a very loving and caring person.She went out her way to help and support others such as shelter, rental assistance support groups and food resources etc. it really did not matter what a person needed if she could find a way to help it was by any means possible to make sure you got the help you needed. Tragically on May 28 she passed on leaving behind two beautiful children Miracle age 4 and Christopher age 2 the ,loves of her life. Tania was my sister and Bests friend in the world please help me send her to her final resting place.
