Brent and Tani Parker... two of the most amazing people you will ever meet! Pastor Brent and Tani have spent decades pouring themselves into worship, prayer, and loving people around them. They have led many ministries over the years and impacted countless lives. Their genuine passion for Jesus and care for others make them a favorite power-house couple wherever they minister! Pastor Brent currently serves as Senior Pastor at Church at the Gate in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Standing alongside Pastor Brent, Tani continues to minister faithfully, despite the limitations that her health conditions impose. While battling Parkinson's disease and believing for a miracle, Tani remains devoted to prayer and prophecy and shines as a living example of praising Jesus through the trials of life.

On July 24, Tani was rushed to Avera hospital due to intense pain in her knee. While there, doctors discovered an underlying infection that greatly intensified the pain of a fractured knee cap; surgery quickly followed to remove the infection. Doctors informed the Parkers that the infection had progressed to Tani's bloodstream and back and immediately began an intense regimen of IV antibiotics. Additionally, Tani was diagnosed with Charcot syndrome, requiring her to keep her foot immobile for six months. With the recent knee surgery on one leg and the immobility of the opposite foot, Tani cannot return home for her recovery. Tani will spend the next weeks at a Rehabilitation Hospital as she heals. As one might imagine, the Parkers have experienced a substantial emotional and financial strain since Tani's hospitalization. Funds raised will go directly to Brent and Tani to assist with medical and personal expenses related to Tani’s care.
