2013 respiratory failure caused by lung damage from radiation treatments for breast cancer 35 years ago. On oxygen 24/7 since 2014, three bouts of pneumonia, second respiratory failure caused by CO2 retention in 2017. Three hospital stays, six ambulance rides. three stays in rehab centers. Using CPAP mask, renting hospital bed, standard and portable oxygen concentrators, physical therapy, respiratory therapy. New diagnosis,  severe arthritis of the neck. Taking medication for high blood pressure, COPD, osteoporosis.
Accumulation and ongoing expenses over and beyond insurance coverage have become overwhelming.
