In January, my ultimate dream is coming true:
I'll be working at Thomas Keller’s 3- Star Michelin restaurant, the French Laundry, in Yountville, CA. This has been my idol as a chef to work under since I began cooking, and I still don’t believe this is a reality.
In order to make this a reality, I am asking my friends and family for help ~ something, you all know, makes me cringe. However, there have been several bumps in my road, and I'm struggling to afford the move from Tennessee back to California, where I was born and raised.
