Hello Everybody!
This semester I will be filming my junior thesis film, Tango De Amor. This film shows the experience of a woman overcoming her self doubt over her body through dance and coming to believe in herself as a strong, confident, and sexy woman.
Both film and dance share a powerful connection: They take people away from the "now". Dance and film provide people a space to look at themselves. They help people heal and grow. They provide inspiration to make a better "you", to act and aim for a better life. It's certainly what it has done for me and it's certainly what it has done for the character of my story.
In order for this film to truly come to life, I am in need of funds. These will primarily go to securing locations, props, and equipment to ensure that this film has its best chance. Any donation, whether it's $5 or $100, is welcome and appreciated! If I somehow make more than $2500 with this fundraiser, the extra funds will be used for my senior thesis film.
