Money raised will be spent on high level tournaments, along with all new and necessary equipment such as bats, balls, catcher's equipment and uniforms. 

Our U16-18 team has been together for over 10 years thanks to the dedication of our coaches and players.  Many of us started as little league players in the Taney Youth Sports Association (that's right the U12s won the Mid-Atlantic Championship 2 years ago). However,  we are no longer in that league as we our no longer little league, but rather a Senior League Team. Further, we are no longer affiliated with the TYSA as their league only supports its players up to age 14. Thankfully, our Head Coach, Rick Cataldi makes it possible for each of our players to continue playing the sport we love, and to grow as players and more importantly as healthy, respectful, well-rounded young men.

Each year we embark on a new season, which demands effort, time, and money. Our fund raising has fell short of our goal year after year. This year we ask ALL LOVERS OF THE GAME to help push our program to the next level, through these fundraising efforts. Further, we'd like to give thanks to Team Sponsor, Central Salvage, and owner, Carl Mason (a truly generous man).

Because we are one of the few inner city Senior League independent teams, most players on our team can barely afford uniforms, let alone pay for pricey tournaments.  Our players come from all socio-economic backgrounds; various religions (Muslim, Christian, etc...); public, private, and catholic high schools; a multitude of races, (including African American, Asian, Hispanic, and White); and all types of nationalities.   For our team to experience our level of play its demands personal sweat and our ability to raise money! For our program to really exell we need donations from whoever is willing. 

Each player dedicates hours upon hours of work on refining their craft. We express our devotion to the team through blood, sweat, and effort. Each of the 18 young  men who are a part of our family are dedicated and motivated. This program seperates itself  because of our determination. Each player would go to war for any of the players or coaches. Our determination to succeed is unparalleled by any other program, and each player demands the highest form of intensity from their counterparts. Our coaches each invest time and money to taking each player's game to the next level, all while creating an atmosphere which makes the players better people on and off the field.
