Tammy Needs Help Battling Ovarian Cancer

Donation protected
**APR 26: Tammy's surgery this past Monday did not go as expected.. her condition is much worse then originally thought. They were able to remove some things but not the giant mass they wanted to. Unfortunately this means she doesn't have as long as originally thought. Tammy wants to go home to her family in Saskatchewan one last time while she's still able to. We'd like to help fundraiser this so she can go along with someone to go with her to help her. If you are able to help give her this, it would mean the world to her. Thank you everyone for all the support and love you've given.

**FEB 17: Tammy has surgery scheduled for mid April. It's to remove the mass in her abdomen, along with other things. It's a very high risk surgery and her odds of coming out of it are not great. Her and Rick are in the process of getting her will done and adoption done for Rick to become Damian's legal parent. All this is accumulating legal fees, which they cannot afford.
We appreciate so much the generosity of everyone who has helped, and for all the continued help people are giving. They need it now more then ever, so please, if you are able to, know that it will be appreciated beyond words **

**DEC 28: Tammy is again in hospital after having her second go of chemo last Friday. She has another kidney/bladder infection and blood poisoning. She is not in great shape and the family is still in need. So many people have come together to help give them a Christmas, especially for her son Damian. It's truly amazing the community of people out there, every little bit helps. I can't thank everyone enough for your donations, your kind words, support and time. **

**IMPORTANT UPDATE DEC 7: Tammy is in the icu. Unfortunately she has had three heart attacks since her first dose of chemo last week. She has some other complications as well, and will be staying in the icu for 7-10 days (unless things get worse/better during that time). The family is need of help more then ever, especially with Christmas around the corner. Please if you are able to help, know that it would be so greatly appreciated and needed. Thanks everyone for all the amazing support **

**UPDATE DEC 1: She made it through her first day of chemo!! It was an all day process but thankfully she pulled through it. Her next round will be on the 19th **

**UPDATE Nov 27: Tammy starts intensive chemo tomorrow morning. Her heart is still not doing well but they are going ahead with the first round. She is very scared, as are the rest of us. I will post another update after tomorrow letting everyone know how she's doing. Thank you to everyone who's donated, this is making a huge difference for them to not have to stress about food/bills as much. The hard work starts tomorrow so she (and her husband Rick) will need our support more then ever going forward. **

Hi everyone, I'm Stefani, and Tammy is a dear friend of mine. Unfortunately, she has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer that spread throughout her entire lower region. She is terminal. It's heartbreaking to have to write that or even say it out loud.
She is one of the brightest lights you could have in your life. Truly such an amazing person and mother.
Many of you reading this will know her as Damian's mom. That boy is her world, and when Rick came into her life, that just completed everything.
I am so grateful to be a part of their lives and able to be there to help support them during this time. As of right now, we don't have a time line, but what is certain is that she is terminal. The family is going to need help. Help to pay their bills and buy food; take care of Damian and support his needs (he is diagnosed with Autism); and, when the time comes, funeral expenses.

They would be grateful for any help that can be given, whether it's a monetary donation through here, or grocery store gift cards, etc. If you'd like to email me, I'd be happy to help facilitate other means of donations.

Thank you to everyone who is able to help, I know it's a lot to ask, especially with the cost of living these days. Every little bit helps, and just means that they don't have to worry about how to pay rent, have heat and electricity, and food to eat. They can focus on spending whatever time she has left with each other, which is the most important thing.

I'll leave you with a few photos
