Hi my name is Tammy. And I'm doing this fundraiser to try and help myself. As most of you know by my Facebook and through my children I have been suffering with heart failure brought on by myocarditis for just over a year now. I've had more than one heart attack and I'm just very lucky to still be alive right now. A few days ago however I had an incident happen that has resulted in an emergency surgery to fuse for vertebrate together in my neck and I am currently writing this while sitting in Froedtert Hospital. I had surgery last night. From here I will have to go to a skilled nursing facility for a couple weeks to help recover. Between my already weekend heart and now the stuff with my neck I'm just kind of falling apart. As most of you know like I said I have three grown children I also have the most beautiful amazing 10 month old baby grandson and I would love nothing more than to be able to hold him and pick him up and play with him again. I'm not able to work even part-time. I am currently waiting on a settlement to come from over 20 surgeries on my left arm from fire department injury but that's a waiting game. Right now I'm just trying to survive. I can't pay for where I'm living and I'm luckily not on the streets yet my co-pays for my prescriptions sometimes make it impossible to even obtain them which puts my life at risk. So I'm figuring if I can come up with about $2,000 that will get me through the next 3 months of medications and it will pay the deductible to get me into the nursing facility in a few days. Even if it's only a dollar anything anybody can do would be a gift from God right now. As I've said before most of you know me and I'm that person tries to come off is tough and hard but, I'm sitting here crying my eyes out because I'm so scared right now. I need you guys I need your help and it's killing me to ask for it but I need your help please thank you I love you all so much.
