Kylee Lamas and Ashton Adkins ( Tammy’s daughter and niece) need your help to cover Tammy Lamas’ medical expenses. Tammy has recently been experiencing severe side effects due to a new medication that we was prescribed in September. She continued to work through these symptoms until they the started to interfere with her work. By mid November, she couldn’t eat and she could barely keep anything down. Tammy has lost 50 pounds in three weeks and that number continues to grow since her body cannot tolerate any solid/nutritional foods. She stopped working December 9th because her body couldn’t handle the work load required to provide for her patients. Tammy has ran out of PTO and sick time since then. She was denied by corporate office for short and long term disability that she could pay. During the month of December, Tammy had been to the ER four times. Three times here in Pueblo and once in Denver. Tammy and her family decided it was best to go to Denver after a scare Tammy had experienced while at home. She had severe stomach pain and could not move. The Fire Department and AMR had to be called due to how much pain she was in. Tammy will be returning to work soon part time but only if her body can tolerate the hours and the work load. In addition, Tammy Lamas will need two surgeries and several more doctors visits until a diagnosis can be provided. Thank you friends and family for your love and prayers.
