Tammy Downs Heart ❤️ Transplant

Hi my name is Georgine and I am Jenny Stewart's Motherinlaw and her Mom Tammy Downs dear friend. As many of you are aware Tammy has been put on the top of the list for a heart transplant. With sadness and joy we are now anticipating a call for her life saving surgery. Sad because someone will have to die to give Tammy life. We honor whoever this person is and thank them and the family for giving the gift of life. Joyful for her ro have a chance at continued life. Someone will have to be with Tammy for up to six weeks in downtown Toronto. She will not be allowed to be alone once released from hospital and has to live close by. I am asking everyone who knows Tammy or her children to help out in their expenses for gas, meals and especially accommodations. If you are unable to help monetarily prayers or positive thoughts or both are needed as well. I will update her progress for you and thank you in advance. Tammy is loved by so many in our community and I hope this will relieve some of their burden. You got this Tammy and we are here for you ❤️
