Hi, my name is Kelsie Bockrath. My mom, Tammy Bockrath, was only 48 years old. She was battling mental health issues for a while now and unfortunately lost that battle. In the past couple months I tried anything and everything I could to help her. Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do to help someone if they don’t want to help themselves. I called any and every mental health place I could. I went as far as going to the courts and sitting in front of the judge to try to get POA over her health care. Every thing I tried was denied. I had multiple wellness checks done that were all unsuccessful and essentially got me nowhere. I was denied at every turn I took. Unfortunately my worst nightmare came true yesterday and I don’t have the money to have anything arranged or planned for her. She had no life insurance or anything. Any donations would be greatly appreciated, anything would help at this point. My mom was a loving, kind hearted woman who would help anyone and everyone if she could. I never imagined losing my mom this early in life. It breaks my heart knowing my daughter won’t remember her grandma. Anything donated will go towards having a memorial, service and cremation. I don’t have anything planned at this time but when I do I’ll keep friends and family posted. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and kept me and my family in their thoughts and prayers. We truly appreciate it.
