Tami’s fight for life
Donation protected
Tami is 42 years young and has been fighting the fight way too long. Her and the family have been through more than one family should ever have to endure. Tami is the strongest person I know. She has a fiance' Mike and two wonderful children Rachel and Hayden. They are ages 11 and 4.
Tami and I were college roomates back in 97-98. We had some great times back then. She was working at RJ Gators as a waitress at the time. Tami has these light blue eyes like none I have ever seen before. She is sweet, strong, kind, and you would never forget her laugh if you knew her. She took on the responsibility of raising her little sister Alexis. Alexis was just 14 years old. So, Tami is not only Alexis's sister but like a mom to her well.
In 2011 she was diagnosed with Stage 0 breast cancer. Although it was stage 0 she didn't want to take any chances and had a double mastectomy. When she had the reconstructive surgery her body rejected it 4 times. After the 4th attempt she decided it was enough. Fast forward to May 2015 she was diagnosed with Glioblastoma brain tumor. It started out with some motor skill issues and not being able to use her leg or write well. She has been through chemo and radiation and this has all led her to be where she is now which is Hospice.
Bills are mounting now. Her Fiance' is unable to work much now as he is spending many hours along side her. I know things are tight right now for many of us but if we can give to this great cause "Tami's fight for life" I would be completely greatful. Just a little bit goes a long way. No donation is too small. Please help me help my friend so that we can make sure all loose ends are tied up before she leaves us. Thank you for reading. We love you Tami.
