Tamino in Berlin

Hi! My name is Quaine Hogan, and I’m a tenor from Jonesboro, Arkansas. I am at the end of my study for the Master of Music in Voice Performance at DePaul University and graduate in June. I have been working to perform operatic and classical music, and have been offered the role of Tamino in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte with the Berlin Opera Academy for this upcoming summer! This program is a major opportunity for me at this stage of my development, as I would have the opportunity to study an important role for me in Berlin, Germany, and making international connections. The program is 5000 euros, and I will need to cover my flight and room expenses during my stay in Germany. I work multiple jobs in singing and I am planning fundraisers that will involve singing for donations in order to afford participating in this program, however I any additional support that I can receive is a great benefit and deeply appreciated.
