Life Flight was called to transport student to Memorial Hermann Hospital

Tamia Tolliver 12 Year Old Student at Claughton Middle School in Houston, Texas

 On March 20, 2018 Tamia Tolliver a sixth-grade student had to be transported to the hospital by Life Flight after being hit by a vehicle near Claughton Middle School, authorities said. Police responded to the accident on Spears Road at Walters around 8:00 a.m. Authorities say the student was crossing the street to get to Claughton Middle School when she was hit by a vehicle. Life Flight was called to transport the student to Memorial Hermann Hospital.

We are in very desperate need of funding forher huge pile of medical bills that keep rolling in as well as cosmetic surgeryShe is in critical condition at one of Houston’s Children Hospital in the PICU Unit with massive trauma of 95% of her body. 
 
Tamia’s mother Keiunta Murray is a dear co-worker and a dear friend to many who work for Harris County.  We are desperate in need of funding being raised for Tamia and her family as the medical bills will be mounting for Tamia’s long term care. There is no way to make this easy for them, but we can help to relieve the financial stress that comes with an unexpected event like this one. Anything can be contribute is greatly appreciated.
