Hi everyone,

Tamer Elshahat is a rare individual; he is humble, kind and caring, and is loved by many. Tamer is a world class champion bodybuilder and an IFBB Pro. He is known for his good looks, esthetic physique, and great posing. But those close to him see him as a down to earth, kind human being. Tamer always puts those close to him first. Whether you know him as a friend, an acquaintance, a fitness trainer, or a Facebook friend, Tamer would have had an impact on you.

As many of you already know, Tamer has contracted a severe case of Covid, and has been in ICU for over two weeks. Tamer was put on a ventilator 6 days ago and has been fighting for his life. His family lives in Egypt, but we are currently trying to get his son to be next to his father.

His recovery is going to be slow, and he would need a lot of medical attention. We are asking for help to cover some of those expenses. Even the smallest donation will help.
