Tallulah - Dance World Cup Soloist - Team England!
Donation protected
Tallulah is 13 (almost 14) years old and has been dancing all her life and competing since she was 7. This year she has successfully auditioned to represent Team England in the Dance World Cup Finals as a soloist after qualifying with 3 of her solo dances. (Ballet, Lyrical and Jazz.)
Competitions like this cost thousands to enter (including costumes, entry fees, rehearsal fees, travel, Team England kit etc) There is no government funding for Dancers like Tallulah. All dance school fees, additional training, Choreo fees and comp fees are self funded. For the past 7 years we have self funded but as Tallulah becomes an elite dancer, hopefully moving towards professional dancer in the future, the costs have spiralled and it’s at a point where we may have to make the hard decision to pass on certain opportunities.
Because Tallulah’s dance school isn’t entering Dance World Cup as a whole school this year, there won’t be any group fund raising done by the school for this event like there has been in the past when she entered DWC with the school in group dances.
It would be Tallulah’s dream to represent England as a Soloist in the biggest dance competition in the World. She would love to show the world what she can do as a soloist and make her friends, family and teachers proud!
If any friends or family would like to help her realise this dream, they can do so by gifting even the smallest amount. Anything would be gratefully received. ❤️
