Leslie Talis passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning. We’d like to put together a fundraising campaign to help the family out during this difficult time.

Leslie E. Talis, age 58, of Taunton, formerly of Brockton, died Sunday, May 3, 2015. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late James and Adele (Jordan) Talis. He was raised in Brockton and had been a longtime resident until recently moving to Taunton. Leslie was a graduate of Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School and attended Curry College. For over 30 years he had been employed as a Technician in the auto body Industry. He loved time with his children, grandchildren and dogs and enjoyed talking to people, yard work and NASCAR racing.
Leslie is survived by his children Michael Talis and his wife Carolyn of Brockton and Kimberly Talis and her companion Anthony Vickers of Avon; four grandchildren Danica and Kendall Talis and Anthony Vickers, Jr. and Kylie Vickers; a sister Rebecca Wilkin of Rumford, RI and a brother James Talis of Kannapolis NC; a niece Jessica Wilkin and nephew Ron Wilkin. He was the companion of Patricia Foye of Taunton and former husband of Maureen Durden of Brockton.
Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 11 to 2pm followed by a funeral service at 2pm.
