My name is Isa Taitano and our family just received devastating news that our precious baby Tali, has a mass on her spleen which is causing her to be very sick right now. She has low energy and we are having to carry her around the house for her to get around. It’s heartbreaking to see the life drain from our once lively and loving girl. The vet informed us that our options are to have a splenectomy so that they may remove the spleen and the mass so she can get better. If we do nothing and try to treat it with medication she runs the risk of having her spleen rupture which would be life threatening. The final option was one that no family member would ever resort to when it comes to someone they love. The surgery will cost $9000 and that is the option we would like to go with. Tali is a very important member of our family and we would like to do everything possible and impossible to get her better.
