When I started this business in 2003 my Mom was very concerned. I remember telling her that I would be fine; the only way I would ever be truly impacted was if everyone stopped traveling, at the same time – and that would never happen. It took 17 years but here we are.
Many of you have reached out, asking how you can help us through this devastating time. Your concern and kindness have touched us deeply. We were hopeful that the stimulus package would allow us to continue paying our employees. However it has quickly become obvious that any Federal or State assistance will be quite a ways off.
The backbone of our little business is our employees and our clients. Without you, there is no Tales of the Kitty. Because of your loyalty over the years, our staff have been able to remain in the city we all love, doing a job they love. Our goal is to not lose a single employee due to this catastrophe; to that end, we find ourselves in the unfamiliar position of reaching out for a helping paw. 100% of donations will go directly to our employees to help them make ends meet during this difficult time.
We are extremely blessed to have a community of cat lovers that support us - thank you.
